Staying Open: A Compassionate Faith Journey Retreat

  • Harmony Road Retreats 10773 S COVERED BRIDGE CANYON Spanish Fork, UT 84660 United States (map)

Date: Friday, July 12
Time: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Spanish Fork Canyon, Utah

This one-day retreat is for anyone navigating a faith journey — especially those who feel the ache of questions, transitions, or inner tensions. Rather than rushing toward resolution, we’ll practice staying open-hearted in the midst of it all, allowing growth to happen.

We’ll explore how to retain an open heart through seasons of uncertainty.

Through guided practices, personal journaling, and conversation, you’ll have space to:

  • Make room for your current experience without rushing to fix it

  • Sit with discomfort in a compassionate, embodied way

  • Reconnect with stillness and trust your inner pace

  • Find companionship with others walking uncertain but sincere paths

Whether you’re all-in with church, all-out, or somewhere in between — you are welcome here.

Come as you are — questioning, blossoming, doubting, or becoming.
