Finding Harmony on Your Faith Journey

March 27–29, 2026

Friday 6:00–9:00pm
Saturday 9:00am–8:00pm (lunch & dinner included)
Sunday 9:00am–4:00pm (lunch included)

This is our inaugural retreat in the new Harmony Road space — and our core weekend experience.

Whether you’re navigating faith transition, rebuilding trust, wrestling with questions, or deepening your roots in a new way, this retreat is designed to help you find harmony without losing yourself.

Harmony doesn’t mean avoiding tension. It means learning how to hold it — compassionately, honestly, and with strength.

Faith journeys often bring turbulence — emotionally, spiritually, and physically. This retreat offers a steady, compassionate group environment where you can experience the calming effect of shared presence and learn practices that help you regulate your own nervous system when things feel overwhelming.

What We’ll Explore Together

Friday Evening — Arriving & Settling In

We’ll begin by creating a warm, safe, and welcoming atmosphere. Through introductions and shared expectations, we’ll establish the tone for the weekend — one of honesty, respect, and courageous conversation. You’ll have space to share your story as you feel ready, and to begin building trust within the group.

Saturday — Mapping the Journey & Navigating Turbulence

Saturday is our day of exploration and practical tools.

We’ll explore the common characteristics of faith journeys — the patterns, transitions, and stages many of us move through — and begin mapping where we’ve been in our own stories.

We’ll also practice how to work with turbulence when it arises. Through guided inner practices, you’ll learn tools for self-regulating your nervous system — so that doubt, fear, grief, or uncertainty don’t overwhelm your capacity to stay present.

Lunch and dinner are included, giving us space to continue conversations informally and deepen connection.

Sunday — The Inner World & Radical Aliveness

On Sunday, we turn inward more fully.

We’ll explore not only how to find peace within the inner world, but how to discover something even deeper: clarity, direction, and a sense of radical aliveness that doesn’t depend on external certainty.

The weekend concludes at 4:00pm, with time to reflect, integrate, and consider what your next purposeful step might be.

What Makes This Retreat Different

This is not a program designed to pull you in a particular direction. The weekend is designed to foster clarity, integration, and inner steadiness through thoughtful discussion and guided practices. It’s a compassionate, structured space where complexity is welcome and growth is honored.

We intentionally cap this retreat at 15 participants to preserve intimacy and meaningful conversation.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to come as you are.
